"Without getting banned" does not mean finding loopholes. It means choosing a platform whose rules allow swimwear and try-on content, then staying inside those rules every stream. Here is how.
Where to live stream swimwear content without a ban
Start with platforms that publish a swimwear category and clear coverage rules.
Kick
Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis category. Suggestive themes must be age-restricted; no nudity.
Twitch
Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches category. Swimwear only in a pool, hot tub or beach setting; coverage fully opaque.
TikTok LIVE
No swimwear category, and the strictest about suggestive content. Best for fully covered try-on.
The full side-by-side table, with official links, is on our Kick vs TikTok vs Twitch swimwear guidelines page.
Six rules that keep a try-on stream in good standing
- Read the category rulesRead the platformβs own guidelines before your first stream, and again when they update.
- Use the right categorySwimwear goes in the category built for it, such as Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis on Kick.
- Title and thumbnail that fitDescribe what the stream is: try-on, haul, pool day. Nothing that promises more than the rules allow.
- 18+ onlyYou must be 18 or older, and you apply the 18+ or mature label wherever the platform asks.
- Mind the cameraCoverage rules include framing. Keep angles natural and coverage opaque, even when wet.
- Clear brand dealsAgree usage rights before the camera rolls and disclose paid partnerships the way the platform requires.
Banned on TikTok LIVE for a bikini? Here is why
If you were banned for swimwear on TikTok, it usually comes down to attire and setting. TikTok has no swimwear category, and its LIVE guidelines prohibit showing genitals, overtly exposed buttocks, the pubic region or female nipples, plus behavior that imitates or implies sexual activity. A bikini stream that reads as sexualized, or a camera framed on the body, can be restricted even if you think you were covered. Read the notice, then use the appeal option TikTok gives you in the app. Do not make a new account to get around it.
Where Kick and Twitch allow it
Kick has a Pools, Hot Tubs & Bikinis category with 18+ labels, and Twitch allows swimwear in a pool, hot tub or beach setting inside its Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches category. Compare Kick, TikTok and Twitch swimwear rules before you pick.
If you get a warning
Read the notice, fix what it points to, and use the platform's official appeal process if you think it was a mistake. Do not make a new account to get around a suspension; that breaks every platform's rules and can end with a permanent ban.
Brands and usage rights
If a brand sends product, put the deliverables, where the clip runs, and for how long in writing first. Brands pay talent directly. Brands can pick talent for a try-on stream or book a try-on haul host.

Models never pay. Stream on your own platform, and we feature you here. Apply for swimwear brand deals, see the try-on wall, or read how to get listed.
Questions
Can I make a second account if my channel gets suspended?
No. Creating accounts to get around a suspension breaks the rules on every major platform. Use the official appeal process instead.
Which platform is best for swimwear try-on streams?
The one whose written rules allow your content. Kick and Twitch each have a pool and swimwear category with their own coverage rules; TikTok LIVE is stricter.
