Getting on the wall is simple. Staying on it takes one habit: being on time. Models never pay. They stream on their own platform, we feature them here, and brands pay them directly. Here is how it works, start to finish.
1. Send your handles
Use the form on the Talent page, or email mataylor2@att.net with Disboard.wtf INQUIRY in the subject. Include your name, your city, what you do (model, try-on, host, Kick or TikTok), one handle and one recent clip. You must be 18 or older.
- Name and citySo the desk knows if you fit the Miami wall or a global one.
- What you doModel, try-on, host, Kick, or a mix.
- Your linksKick, TikTok, Instagram, X. Whatever you actually use.
- One recent photo or clipYour own. Real and recent.
2. The review
Taylor reads every submission and talks schedule with the ones who fit. After one stream or one night with the desk, you go on a wall: Models, Try-on, Hosts or Miami. Not everyone gets listed, and nobody pays to get listed. See pay and perks for what comes next.
3. What on time means here
You go live when you said you would. You show up to events at call time. You answer schedule messages the same day. If something comes up, you say so before, not after. Eight years in the Air Force made that rule non-negotiable, and it is the reason listed talent grows.
4. Gear Taylor can put in your hand
You do not need a studio to start. If something is holding you back, say so when you reach out:
Mic
Clean audio is the first thing viewers notice. A clip-on or desk mic fixes most of it.
Light
A ring or panel light so you look like you, not a dark room.
Phone mount
Steady shots, hands free, ready for try-on and walk-and-talk streams.
Set
A clean corner, a backdrop, or a location for a shoot or an event night.
5. Hold the schedule
Once you are listed, the desk helps you build a schedule you can keep, learn how to talk to a room, and get booked for nights. When you are live on Kick, you can land on the Live now rail.
